Saratoga Modular Homes is based in beautiful Saratoga Springs, NY and serves the "Tech Valley" region of upstate New York from Albany to the Adirondacks. We specialize in the design and construction of custom modular homes, multifamily buildings and commercial projects.

THE SARATOGA MODULAR TEAM
CECIL PROVOST is the President of Saratoga Modular. A 20+ year veteran of new home sales and marketing, he founded Saratoga Modular in the spring of 2008 to serve the many clients who came to him looking for a quality-built home at an affordable price. Provost is also CEO and Principal Broker of ProRealty of New York Inc., a full-service real estate firm based in Saratoga Springs NY.
CRAIG LAFAVE is the Sales Manager at Saratoga Modular. Craig has been in the modular home industry for over 12 years, and brings a wealth of knowledge to our clients. Craig was most recently the New York/New England Regional Manager for Champion Homes, one of the largest modular home builders in the nation, prior to joining the team at Saratoga Modular. Craig and his family live in a beautiful 4,000 square foot custom modular home in Moreau.
TARA DEVINE is the Project Coordinator at Saratoga Modular. Tara has been in the construction industry for over 20 years, and has done it all from framing to fine cabinetry building to running a major kitchen/bath remodeling firm in NJ. Tara brings many years of project management skill and experience to Saratoga Modular, and keeps our projects on schedule and budget.
DONNA COLLIGAN serves as both Office Manager and Sales Associate at Saratoga Modular. Donna has been involved in modular home sales since the 1980s, and is also an Associate Broker with ProRealty of New York Inc. She and her family have enjoyed living in their Westchester Modular Home since the 1980s.
