Saratoga Modular Homes is based in beautiful Saratoga Springs, NY and serves the "Tech Valley" region of upstate New York from Albany to the Adirondacks. We specialize in the design and construction of custom modular homes, multifamily buildings and commercial projects.

THE SARATOGA MODULAR TEAM
CECIL PROVOST is the owner of both Saratoga Modular Homes and our sister company Saratoga Construction. A 25+ year veteran of new home sales and marketing, he founded Saratoga Modular in the spring of 2008 to serve the many clients who came to him looking for a quality-built home at an affordable price. Provost is also a partner in Keller Williams Realty Saratoga Springs, a full-service real estate firm based in Saratoga Springs NY.
CRAIG LAFAVE is the Project Manager at Saratoga Modular. Craig has been in the modular home industry for over 12 years, and brings a wealth of knowledge to our clients. Craig was most recently the New York/New England Regional Manager for Champion Homes, one of the largest modular home companies in the nation. Craig and his family live in a beautiful 4,000 square foot custom modular home in Moreau.
RACHEL WEILER is our office manager and marketing coordinator at Saratoga Modular. Rachel makes us look good in print and on the web, and greets visitors and callers at our design center.
ORSON KLENDER is a Sales Associate at Saratoga Modular who covers the greater Saratoga Springs market. A native of Saratoga, he is well known in the local market and famous for his exceptional customer service. Orson is also an Associate Broker with Keller Williams Realty.
MELISSA DEVINE is a Sales Associate who covers the Washington and Warren County markets for Saratoga Modular. Melissa is very knowledgable in construction, is an experienced kitchen designer, and is also an Associate Broker with Keller Williams Realty.
DONNA and SKIP COLLIGAN are Sales Associates at Saratoga Modular who cover Rensselaer County. Donna has been involved in modular home sales since the 1980s, and is also an Associate Broker with Keller Williams Realty. Donna and Skip have enjoyed living in their modular home in Rensselaer County since the 1980s.
TOM DERCOLE is a Sales Associate who covers the greater Capital District for Saratoga Modular. Tom is especially knowledgable in "Green" construction, and is known as the "Eco-Broker" at Keller Williams Realty.
